Windows users may often confused by seeing that the color of folders, files of any drive(s) turned to blue. It muddles that whether their computer infected with virus. I often confused to. I used to scan the particular drive(s) with anti-virus to remove the affected virus files. But at a result nothing would shown. Finally I got the real cause of the issue. While creating disk using windows bootable cd, if you format your disk by allowing 'encrypted or compressed NTFS' file option, this type of scenario will occur. You will be seen the blue colored file, folders in that drive(s). To fix this issue, just follow the below suggestion: 1. Go to 'Tools' 2. Go to 'Folder Options' 3. There is a problem on Ubuntu 11.10 installation when system is connected with LAN. Today while installing on my system I faced such crashed problem twice when LAN was connected. After diagnosing the problem I removed the LAN from port then started installation, within 20 minutes, Ubuntu installed in my system.

Today, we all team mates went to Barbeque Nation to celebrate mine and Mukul's promotion and Surendra's Birthday. We total twelve mates went there for lunch, both veg and non veg were available there with satisfiable price. Veg dishes, specially starter were superb, no idea about non veg dishes and main courses, as I did not take non-veg and main courses. Came back office at 4:30 pm. It stands near MG Road Metro Station, Gurgaon sector 14.

This project was build for best support on Internet Explorer 7. Our project was performing very well on Windows XP on IE7. But some features were not showing while browsing using IE8 or above in Windows 7. It was giving some java script (js) related error and pages were unable to open. Sometimes some website you’re visiting doesn't look right. It shows up as a jumble of out-of-place menus, images, and text boxes. What's going on? What promotion means to you ? Ans: Its high package, more values in organization, satisfaction etc..... But according to me it means more responsibility, more hard work, more result oriented task performance. Today, with the grace of Almighty Allah, I promoted as Senior Software Engineer in my organization and also a minimal hike. But I know it is not the time to celebrate, as much expectation will be raised from me in next level. In every field, growth must be there. Apart from hike in salary, level should also be promoted, new responsibilities must be put over shoulder. But sometimes I think, money may work much than promotion..... I think, you also support this view, right? However, I am happy for my mid-term appraisal.

I will share my some experience with Ubuntu 11.10 and ThinkPad E420 (1141 DTQ). Previously I installed Ubuntu 10.04 LTS on my E420. But there were many problems like wifi, Bluetooth connection etc. So I searched some Ubuntu versions which are compatible with ThinkPad E420 series. I got a solution that 11.10 version is certified by Ubuntu for E420 model ( http://www.ubuntu.com/certification/hardware/201103-7425 ). Then I installed 11.10 iso version from site and make my pendrive bootable following the steps in: http://www.pendrivelinux.com/universal-usb-installer-easy-as-1-2-3/ . Then I installed on my Laptop. Everything I experienced OK, except WiFi. I checked the wifi driver version and vendor by the below command: $ lspci | grep -i wifi 08:00.0 Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
