"Give Me Blood , I Will Give You Freedom ". Today is 114th birthday of the great patriot 'Netaji' Subhash Chandra Bose. Nothing to say about his sacrifice, patriotism, love for motherland as all are well known to us. Bose went to Presidency College, a most prestigious colleges of the century. But was expelled for assaulting Professor Oaten for his anti-India comments. From then the patriotism stirred him. Later he topped the matriculation examination of Calcutta province in 1911 and passed his B.A. in 1918 in philosophy from the Scottish Church College under Calcuta University. Subhash Chandra Bose left India in 1919 for England with a promise to his father that he would appear in the Indian Civil Services Examination. He ranked 4th in Civil Service Exam.
